Quin Snyder started in 1999-2000. He coached 7 seasons.
Mike Andesrson coached 5 seasons, beginning with 2006-07.
Frank Haith coached 3 seasons (2011-2012 thru 2013-2014).
Kim Anderson, assuming he gets fired after this season, will have coached 3 seasons (2014-2015 thru 2016-2017).

You can't include the yet to be hired 5th coach in that average, because you have no idea how long he will coach.

So we've got the last 4 coaches, 18 seasons.

I could find a 3rd grader to do the math, but first we've got to get the counting right. How'd you come up with 5 coaches in 16 years?
