The head coach is simply too important and impactful to an overall program. Despite all the advantages and assets being MUs coach affords, we will never be successful without an adequate to good coach in place.

Not that turnover is good either, but when you know you have the wrong guy it's foolish to stick with it. That will never work.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
