I found plenty of articles making your claim about aids Ras.

Curiously, none of them mention an actual dollar figure, just that the foundation helped negotiate, etc..

In other words, the foundation didn't spend any of their money, other than for travel.

The foundation is just a scam to buy access with a thin veneer of charity, to keep idiots like you happy.
