Let me guess, a "special" project for the clinton criminal enterprise somewhere?
You know, that $2 billion dollar charity, that doesn't really have a clear purpose, rarely gives out much money to charity? Yet, it does seemingly manage to hire an entire long list of people , contacts helpful to the clintons.
Or, another dem favorite, he'll run a solar project doomed to failure, but he'll get paid a great deal to do it.
