could and should be fixed.

The exceptionally long lines in places, the broken machines, incorrect ballots or inadequate supplies, the messed up registered voter lists, problems with absentee ballots, dead people voting etc. really could and should be fixed.

The problems with the ballot design that caused problems in Florida apparently have been fixed, but have issues like the one exemplified in this clip from a documentary on the topic been fixed?
