He was truly a dumb ass....3 uniformed officers and a detective wearing a tactical vest marked "POLICE" front and back are wandering around and he chooses to not only smoke pot, but start showing off his handgun.

And then exits the car when commanded to do so with the gun in his hand.

If he hadn't already bred, he'd be a Darwin award nominee.
