but was winning 20+ games in year 3. He had a proven track record at Montana. He inherited a program that had won 14 and 13 games the years before and had lost 50+% of his scoring off his first team, much like Kim. By year 3 he had proven that he was turning things around and each year was a marked improvement. There really is no comparison to Kim other than both struggled their first year.
