You claim that stop and frisk cannot happen where concealed carry is allowed. I showed you were wrong...
Cops do not need PROBABLE cause to stop you. They need REASONABLE SUSPICION of criminal activity and cannot search you without REASONABLE SUSPICION the person is armed and dangerous.
It is not Unconstitutional (see Floyd v. City of New York)
