Heck, he's probably about to claim it's due to infrastructure, and only a corrupt dem can fix it.

Inner cities lack grocery stores for simple economics. Their profit margins are usually 3 - 4%. The cost of crime in inner cities (shoplifting, robbery, assaults), plus lawsuits caused from the crime, make then unprofitable.

As usual, dems will scream racism at math.
