service personnel in India or some other foreign country when I have a question/problem. Half the time, I can't understand them or they can't understand me and it gets very annoying after the first minute or so.
If companies were passing their "savings" on to the consumer, that would be one thing. But they're just lining their pockets with the money they save and the consumer be damned.
