You said how would someone dedicate their life to Jesus if he didn't think it was true?

How would one dedicate his life to Islam if he didn't think it was true?

To your point, at the time of Jesus there were plenty of HEALERS. What made Jesus stand out was that he was a poor Healer and did not charge.
