is that every school known to man is recruiting a 5 star player. Anyone that thinks they have a shot and them some that know they don't. Competition to get them to commit is the hardest competition.

Transfers are limited to where they can transfer based on what conference they are in, what teams have room for a transfer, etc etc. The competition isn't near what it is for a 5 star recruit.

The ability to land a very talented player, against all the big boys, is why the distinction was made in the first place. Fiji knew that, but preferred to play dumb.
