I see the CIA front USAID is active in Philippines and we also give money to police for anti-terrorism. (ie violently suppressing opposition)
Neo colonialism is really not all that well concealed. It doesn't need to be for US domestic purposes as the public is so heavily indoctrinated that there is no need.
Makes me wonder if Duterte is legit? If he didn't cut a deal with USG, how did he get elected?
