How far can he go before the "exceptional country" mounts a coup or assassination of yet another elected leader?
Also recently saw some information about how we dictated provisions in the Philipines constitution that were very favorable to US business interests as a condition of ending our overt control of their government in 1946. That is how neocolonialism works.
