but you already knew that. Yeah, it is always good to get guys on campus but I think it is more important to be able to actually associate with all of the visitors.
10 guys in one weekend is just too much IMO. Realistically, Porter probably spent more time with his family than he did "visiting Missouri". With only having 3 guys total Anderson will be able to show all of them they are a priority. It probably won't matter with Gordon, something will need to happen with kU for us to get him. But it would nice to get show Watson how badly we want and need him.
But you are right, as far as quantity that weekend was bigger. As far as getting the visitors to commit, this weekend is bigger for the program, especially since one might commit while on campus.
I think we all knew the team wasn't going to be good enough two years ago, even if he didn't kick guys off, to land those big time prospects. We might have been good enough for Bryant but probably not Blakeney and Briscoe though. That team would have hovered around 20 wins had Haith stayed, and anyone who thinks otherwise is just ignoring the trend that was occurring during Haith's tenure (I know I was at the time)
