be in the tourney in 2018 or 2019. If we have to fire Kim and get a new coach it's because the talent level is just too low and the new coach is going to have to rebuild the roster completely which will take 3 years or more. The quickest path to success is via Kim. It's not the most likely but it is the quickest.
