He has great connections around the country. And Mizzou has players as a result which include: Phillips, Walton, Jackson, Hughes, & Geist. He's also been able to get a bunch of other top 100 level players consider Mizzou, KA just hasn't been able to close.

Dildy has really good connections to Chicago and in Indiana, if the team wins some this year we will start seeing the his connections. Eastern a top 50ish player will probably visit is an example of his connections.
