The school need more budgeting from the state.

It's now about tuition and FEES. shortfalls are being filled with fees.

Got a class with a lab? There's a fee for that.

Congratulations! You've been accepted into the Business School! There's a fee for that.

My last kid is at Arkansas. Not because of the unrest, but because Mizzou was the money high water mark, and Arkansas was cheaper and no fees.
