aspect of Mizzou football.

If fans are voting with their pocketbook, it's their choice. Sad for the kids on the team that had nothing to do with last year.

Mizzou was pushed into the wave of a movement that was orchestrated nationally because of its proximity to Ferguson. Kids were co-opted into something that was going to happen somewhere, it just happened to be here. Coaches and administrators were put in a no-win situation. Damned if they did, damned if they didn't. You can sit around and moan about that and cheer other organizational responses as "true leadership" but those folks had the benefit of seeing how Mizzou handled it and adjusting.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
