stop resulting in convictions, then it becomes a bigger problem. When you look at the rate of incarceration relative to violent crime trends, I don't see where that's an issue.
Of course, black-on-black murders are problematic and I believe are addressed seriously at the local level. At least, it is where I live.
Of course, unjustified police killings of blacks is low, but that's not the issue. The problem is why are Americans so reluctant to convict rogue cops even when there's video evidence. Why are people so willing to accept that actions before the video can justify poor behavior.
Even if a suspect was violent, cops shouldn't be allowed to use excessive force. However, ask most Americans and they say it is justified.
