and the State has targeted balck people for generations, from the slave trade to reconstruction to jim crow and fire hoses to the Great Society and the war on drugs. black communities are easy to target because it's a self-perpetuating loop: poor people don't have the resources to fight the State and the State can point to its "crime" stats and incaceration numbers to justify more government and more money for the depts.

there is no war on blacks per se, there is a war by the State against all of us; it is tyranny versus liberty
