I never said the US wasn't corrupt. I was comparing the US to Russia. In corruption, the US is way better than Russia. The corruption within the US has been present for decades all of the way from the Pentagon, federal agencies, and criminal justice system. This started before Obama.

Our corruption index score is currently at 76 out of 100. That places us 16th in the world. On the other hand, Russia is at 29 and ranks 119th in the world.
