They don't have the same communist system as they did previously, but it's a far cry from most economic systems. It's filled with rampant corruption; ineffective rule of law; and too much government interference.

I don't consider that to be near the capitalist system in the US. It's closer to communism than capitalism.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
