In fact, only 1 player played that whole season that played the prior year. So we weren't running on fumes from a prior coaching regime, it was basically an entire rebuild of a season.

We have no expectations, because our program is now terrible. That is what happens when you hire a D2 coach and then allow him to remain in that position too long.
