You're using Wikipedia and I'm using the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank. You're using www.usdebtclock.org, but couldn't even tell me what organization that data comes from. That's because it's an algorithm developed by some unnamed developer that's trying to replicate the public debt from the US Treasury Department. It's inaccurate because it says the $19.2 trillion represents the US national debt, but that's not true. It's referencing the US public debt.
Neither of those sources would be accepted in an academic setting.
