His 'road' is a bypass connecting to another government created and sustained road. It is not a self sustaining endeavor. You are trying to use this simple, though ingenious, project to prove a greater point. You have failed miserably.

Just like your private police you fail to see the issues that arise when this is attempted on a much larger scale.
