Not some guy who got dissed on the bball court and decides to come back and shoot up a street corner.

Or the guy who is obnoxious at a house party and is asked to leave....and returns to shoot up the front of the house and people leaving the party.


Or the guy asked to leave a bar/club and comes back to shoot up the patrons or bouncer in front of the place.


But it's certainly the war on drugs and not the level of stupid immaturity and outright savage behavior in black culture.
