If anything..and it is quite annoying..Pickle is quite consistent. I can't stand HOAs as much as anyone, but it is still an agreement.

I rent a property in a HOA and I got fined $175 for the tenants leaving their trash can out...it is supposed to be $25/occurrence and they left it out a week, so they considered each day as an occurrence.

I will never buy a property that has an HOA again.
