country in terms of these type educational & job placement entitlements are concerned & as far as opportunity in general they have the same opportunity as anyone else in this country, which means the best opportunity on the planet (at least for the time being still). Stating otherwise is a cop out & a grab for more entitlements.

The difference is taking advantage of the opportunity, instead of being useful idiots for the Left &/or repeating the bottom dwelling cycle their current culture perpetuates.

They have more opportunity than anybody for betterment for decades now when you take into consideration the educational entitlements & affimative action & all they do is complain, cry foul & hold their hats/hands out more than ever.

Complete joke & they don't need anybody's pity to pacify &/or patronize them forever.
