sacrilegious to pay a basketball coach more than a football coach, even an unproven first time coach. Odom's base salary is $2.35 million but with bonuses he will easily make $2.5+ million a year. So if we kept a salary below Odom's total compensation we would get a really good coach. But there is no way that happens.
