He coached 5 games, won them all, then retroactively vacated all of them....given the format there was no way to include him on the list without leaving at least some value. I guess you could put him at the bottom at 0%, even though he never really lost a game as MU's head coach.

But I suppose you are correct, to be consistent with the other adjusted winning % his should be 0%. I'll edit and update.
