if your dad is a professional basketball player you are probably always around a gym or you have a basketball court in your house where you can mess around and get shots up and play when you are young. In those other sports it's hard to just mess around and practice because in football and baseball you need another person to practice with. I know our best basketball player in high school was the son of the high school's secretary and when she would be at school an hour before it opened, he would go to the gym and play basketball.
