The University accepted all the blame for that. The girl's mother is just a responsible as anyone for sending her daughter away to school with special needs. Her mother should have briefed the coaches as well as the counseling dept as to her daughter suffering from a treated mental illness so they could monitor the girl's adjustment to college life so far from home.

What kind of a stupid parent sends a fragile kid away to school and doesn't insure there is a safety net for them?

The entire administration is ball-less and CS1950 showed how easy it is to make them back peddle.
