one does to another is a paramount concept.'
That rings hollows in light of the general support of a 'right' to abortion, which is objectively the deliberate taking of an innocent human being's life, often using quite brutal means.
"Your dishonesty or ignorance (or both) reaches a climax in your post when you "the natural right to do what one pleases" as a pickletopian precept."
It looks to me like the philosophy you describe is indeed a championing of a "natural right to do what one pleases", at least with respect to driving while falling down drunk at 100 mph through a school zone as school lets out... with the stipulation that the drunken driver might be guilty of infringement of the rights of children s/he happened to kill or maim.
"In the case referenced, the person in question would be guilty in PIckletopia of the same infringement/manslaughter as in the current setup."
The penalties would obviously be quite different, as well as any enforcement. Pickle does not believe in putting people in "cages", of course, and there would be no "State", so no state police, no state courts & no clear methodology for forcing someone to appear before any court or arbitration panel, nor to collect any financial damages for the deaths, dismemberments, disabilities, lost wages, pain and suffering etc. that might be involved for the infringement. Of course, even if there was, the drunken driver might be incapable of paying for a cab ride home, much less for the medical bills and other financial losses due to his "infringement".
