QBs taking live hits, diving for loose balls. O-Lineman dropping like flies as we ran 2-a-days of full contact.

Pinkel and Ivey talked to multiple programs -- college and pro -- and consulted with medical trainers and determined that they needed to modify the 2-a-days and the amount of live hitting.

Many college teams and pro teams are doing the same.

Now Odom is swinging the pendulum back the other way and over time programs find balance. This is how the world works.
