And when they do, Lock's focus on pre-snap reads and identifying defenses becomes especially important. He will be tested early and often. It will also be important to switch to a running play or quick pass if they pass blitz. If we can run or pass effectively in that scenario, it will be a long day for the WV defense.

When WV run blitzes, it could backfire and result in big gainers on the ground or by the pass, but much of that is accurate recognition of where the blitz is coming from.
