did trump plan from the beginning of the primaries to win the primary and then throw the genital election to clinton, or did he come to that course of action in a fit of pique after being insulted by the R establishment?

And he is taking quite a beating in the media every day. Relentless. Why not just quit, let the Rs run kasich and trump can leave without actually losing?

Does his "brand" get enhanced by getting bludgeoned daily and non stop by the media?

Like i said, i'm almost persuaded. Just a little more evidence, please.
