He was a good evaluator of projecting talent in underrecruited kids. At a school like Mizzou, he was in some ways the perfect coach for MU. Mizzou has never really had much national pull to get top recruits outside the immediate region (which doesn't produce too many) as we all know. BO better be good at this too. I think it is almost a prerequisite to find some level of success at MU.
