It comes from the dark recesses of the kook fringe. The Iraq war was based on bad intelligence, universally believed by most of the world's intelligence agencies. The real lie is to insinuate that Bush and the CIA knew it wasn't true. British, French, Italian, etc agencies believed it. The only liar regarding WMDs in Iraq was Saddam. The liars today are those that continue to insinuate that Bush lied. They know better.
Sotoero's precipitous withdrawal from Iraq did indeed create the vacuum that allowed the rise of ISIS. But he got the troops out, just like you wanted. Right?
