so readily in our program or any program for that matter. Thats what its all about. I don't totally discount what you're saying, but with a good conditioning program which we have, guys get leaner & stronger. They need red meat.
Body fat % is the key.
From an interview with Cale Garrett who most likely won't redshirt this year.:
Have you gained a lot of weight since you came in?
"I haven't put on, I wouldn't say a ton, but my body composition has definitely changed. I'm at about 12 to 13% body fat right now. Coming in I got up to like 16 at one point. That's about eight pounds of fat difference. I've lost about eight pounds of fat and I've put on a couple pounds of muscle as well. I've gained all around about eight pounds I think."
