One post is full of detailed insights and shows a deeper understanding of the game than you get from the average fan.

The other is full of snide little comments denigrating Kim Anderson and one of his recruits and shows an understanding you get from looking at a box score.

     CVL's line is quite impressive - ERB KC - 8/9 23:15:10
How does CVL get 26 and no rebounds or no fouls - smoke STL - 8/9 18:05:28
Actually that is not a bad stat line for him - quicksand MU - 8/9 18:21:36
Why do people think CVL is not athletic? - Mutiger MU - 8/9 23:35:30
               That's how we used him last year, too - zodiac6 JC - 8/9 18:43:06
               I compare this post - haeffb MU - 8/9 18:29:08

                                   Less snark - haeffb MU - 8/9 20:26:50
Given what he did last year, what positives are you looking - 90Tiger MU - 8/9 22:32:14
                                             I'm not necessarily looking for postitives - haeffb MU - 8/10 07:10:48
                                                  Sometimes a comment that aligns with a stereotype - 90Tiger MU - 8/10 09:03:54
I would have scouted Grawer and Kroenke much differently - quicksand MU - 8/9 20:50:07
You comparing the freshman versions of those guys? - wu-tangtiger MU - 8/9 20:54:39
                                                  Freshman versions - quicksand MU - 8/9 21:43:59
                              and you can't be sure which - 90Tiger MU - 8/9 19:41:47
                                   Perhaps, perhaps not - haeffb MU - 8/9 20:01:30
Oh I have no doubt about that, the question is why. - 90Tiger MU - 8/9 22:33:39

Chip Walther was our technically best player in 1997 - quicksand MU - 8/9 19:42:08
Exactly my point. He could end up being very productive, bu - 90Tiger MU - 8/9 19:45:17
                    One of the smartest posts I've read here in a long time.(nm) - zodiac6 JC - 8/9 18:44:42
Seems completely contradictory to your agreement - quicksand MU - 8/9 19:03:07
                              I agreed with nothing. - zodiac6 JC - 8/9 19:15:33
And 1 steal. Idk maybe because he was guarding the 5th best - tiger4real MU - 8/9 18:17:05

That, or the stat keeper had a big breakfast and dozed - haeffb MU - 8/9 18:30:08
