I think the WashPo guy is right. At this point, it takes a major game changer to unseat her as the favorite. That might be available in the form of the Wikileaks e-mail, assuming Assange has something more in his arsenal. But, I think if he's going to do any real damage, he's going to have to speed up the leaks and stop slow-playing it. You run the risk of giving her too much time to defend it or counter it, but without a major shift in the near future....Madam President it is.
