exec is someone who is networked in a way a hiring firm wouldn't understand.

There's no way for an outsider to understand the 'where'd you go to hs' question and it's significance.

But all in all it's a good hire. Sterk looks like a good guy, unlike Mack, who looked slimy from the start.
