leftovers. Ran most of them off, saying they would play elsewhere but not for him. Incoming recruits of BCG were released, thank God. It proved easier to rip the band aid off and bring in #1 class of Wall, Cousins, Orton, Bledsoe. 35-3 in year 1.
No sense in polishing a turd that will still be a turd no matter how long they play.
I suspect if MU replaces KA at some point with a winner who can recruit, some players will get the same treatment.
One of Gillispies recruits Dakota Euton, averaged about 1-1 playing D-3. I like the ESPN videos on how their experts were saying we were "too impatient, BCG needed more than 2 years, etc".
