Seems the outstanding coaches are the ones that can adapt their coaching techniques and approach to what works best with the players they have. Anderson came in with a very rigid approach and it chased off his talent and torpedoed his teams by leaving them with so little experience. That's not the fault of the players that left; that's his fault.
