To veto. That's what UT, OU and TTU did to maintain the revenue sharing model before Mizzou left. Texas was bumfuzzled, they truly didn't believe Mizzou had an option, but had to scramble for GoR, equal tv appearance revenue, etc. when they realized they lost us.
