Directed at the people who find the most negative spin on every single thing that happens.
People like Pikespeaktiger, who has been critical of every coach we've had post-Norm. Critical of Quin. Critical of Mike Anderson. Critical of Haith. Offered Kim as a possible replacement for Mike Anderson and then later for Haith, only to turn on him immediately. The sort of fan who can never allow himself to be happy, who clings to pessimism like a life raft.
That does not describe all fans who are critical of KA. As I've pointed out to you several times, I was critical of the KA hire from day one, and I've never held out much hope for anything other than three or four years of midlevel basketball and a move on to the next guy. I would have supported replacing KA after last season, and I expect this will be his last. I'm not blindly pro-Anderson. In fact, not pro-Anderson at all. The difference is I don't seek out the negative spin in everything that happens so I can paint the most gloomy picture of Mizzou basketball as is possible.
