probably be pretty easy to change a little line of code here or there in one of the vote tabulators the outcomes could be altered in a significant enough way to change who the winner is.

But that is only possible if there was someone crooked enough to pull off such an illegal & immoral scam.

But then again, for some delusional and misguided people, "The ends justifies the means."
