Anytime you seem a dramatic change for hillary, you can find oversampled democrats, they didn't limit to registered voters (sorry libs, illegals not allowed to voter yet), over selection in a dem area, that sort of thing.

In short, the poll was told to achieve a goal, and the changed the selection until they met it.
