Not sure why people think we keep missing on instate talent.
Granted EE we whiffed on but I think that was largely due to his mom and dad. His father became a zealot for the Buckeyes.
We're not going to get 100% of the kids from our home state. Some will want to play for out-of-state schools (larger programs, national names, blue boods, etc.) and others will play for schools because they are recruiting them at different positions (think Mallard).
